We were looking for a house in the KC metro from out of town and needed to find a home fairly quickly. We were working with another agent in Maddison's group when a weekend opened up for us to be in KC to look at houses. It turned out that our agent was going to be out of town so Maddison stepped in at the last minute, and over a holiday weekend, to show us houses in various locations around the KC metro area. We found Maddison to be knowledgeable about the market and informative. She spent several hours with us over the course of three days and responded quickly when we texted or called with questions. She also kept us informed when houses she thought we might be interested in set deadlines for accepting offers.
